Return, Refund & Exchange Policies

  • All purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been shipped.
  • Payments made are non-refundable.
  • An order is confirmed only after full payment is successfully received.
  • We do not reserve or hold any item under any circumstances without payment.
  • If a product is damaged during shipping, the shipping company is responsible. We will assist you in contacting the courier and guiding you through the necessary procedures, but we are not financially responsible for transit damages.

Customs Policies

  • We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
  • Any additional charges requested by customs authorities must be handled directly by the customer.
  • We are not responsible for shipment delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Processing & Shipping Policies

  • Full payment, including shipping fees, is required before processing your order.
  • Orders require approximately 10-20 business days (excluding items belonging to the Bloom Collection, which require 3-5 working days) after payment confirmation to be prepared and handed over to the shipping company.
  • Once shipped, tracking details will be provided.
  • Custodmers are responsible for tracking their shipment and contacting the shipping company branch in their city if necessary.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been handed over to the courier.
  • Delivery fees inside Sudan are determined after the shipment arrives and will be communicated accordingly.

  • All items undergo quality control checks before shipment to ensure they meet our standards.
  • Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting and screen differences.
